Templates

Start from a production-ready template that covers a whole vertical, not a blank canvas.

Templates give you a one-click head start, built to an enterprise standard. Instead of a single use case, each template covers the full journey set for its vertical. The Travel template, for example, handles booking, changes, cancellations and refunds, seats and upgrades, baggage and lost-bag claims, check-in, flight status, disruption rebooking, loyalty and miles, special assistance, visa and document questions, insurance, hotel and car — with built-in handoffs to a human for complaints and edge cases. Every other vertical (support, IT, HR, billing, returns, scheduling, and more) follows the same standard.

Two kinds of template

  • Assistant templates create a scripted, multi-intent flow you can see and edit in the flow builder — every topic, message, and step laid out for you. Open Start from a template from the Assistants area.
  • Agent templates pre-fill the new-agent wizard with a complete, publishable agent: a detailed mission, ready-made tasks, connected tools, guardrails (identity checks, sensitive-data masking, amount limits, human handoff, and spend caps), and a matching persona. Pick one from the Agents template gallery.

Create from a template

  1. Browse the gallery — each template shows its category and the breadth it covers (topics and tools).
  2. Choose Use template for an assistant flow, or open an agent template to pre-fill the wizard.
  3. Review what was created — messages, intents, tasks, tools, and guardrails are all there to adjust.
  4. Point the placeholder tools at your own systems, then publish when you're ready.

Templates are a starting point, not a lock-in — everything they create is fully editable. The tools they include point at example endpoints, so swap in your own URLs and credentials before going live.
